Dan was born and raised in New Jersey and is a self motivated individual who likes to motivate others. His drive and ambition are what led him to where he is today.
Dan started his career at Portadam Inc. in August, 1993 at the New Jersey facility working in the shop and learning many various tasks from welding and operating equipment to fabricating liners and pretty much everything there is to know about constructing the equipment to build a Portadam. In 1995, after mastering all of the internal operational skills, Dan was asked to go on the road to help other supervisors install Portadam systems across the country. Dan took this opportunity to learn from those supervisors on how the Portadam system could be used in various applications and ever changing situations. This allowed Dan to learn all the "tricks of the trade".
In 2000, Dan was promoted to supervisor, taking on many more responsibilities and installing cofferdams with his own crews across the country. In those past five years, Dan built hundreds of cofferdams in all types of environmental conditions and varying geographic settings. In 2005, Dan was promoted to the southwest operations manager in Garland, Texas. With this promotion, he has a whole new batch of responsibilities from surveying sites, working with his sales manager, to making sure everything in that southwest region is running smooth and efficiently.
Dan currently lives in Texas with his wife and three children and hopes his new position provides him more time to enjoy at home. As you can imagine, Dan's dedication to the company along with all of its traveling, did not leave him much time to spend with the family whom he loves so dearly.
