Lesley has many years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer in small to medium sized companies both public and privately held. As the Chief Financial Officer of Portadam, Inc., Lesley is responsible for the financial affairs of the Company including financial reporting, cash management, tax reporting and credit. She is also an integral part of the executive management team implementing strategy to grow the Company and expand geographically. Prior to joining Portadam, Lesley was the Chief Financial Officer of U. S. Fleet Services, Inc., a venture capital backed company, which grew from $10 million in base revenues to over $175 million through the acquisition of eight geographically diverse companies and the opening of many new branch locations. Lesley was responsible for the financial operations of the Company and played a significant role in the negotiation and integration of the acquired companies as well as planning and implementing the strategic plan of the Company. Prior to U. S. Fleet, Lesley was the Chief Financial Office of DiMark, Inc, a publicly held direct marketing company serving the insurance and financial services industries. In addition to general financial responsibilities Lesley was a member of the senior management team and was also responsible for all public company activities including SEC reporting and investor relations. She also played a significant role in two major acquisitions. Lesley graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Pennsylvania.
