Bridge Construction

The adaptability of Portadam's modular, free-standing cofferdam system makes it ideal for bridge pier / abutment rehabilitation or construction. Unlike sheet piling, the Portadam cofferdam system may be placed under existing spans and may be used on an uneven bed terrain, it can even be installed on bedrock where sheeting cannot be driven. The Portadam cofferdam system can be installed in flowing water and on soft bottom materials unlike water filled dams.
