Portadam performs in many low flow stream scenarios, which has created the need for an alternate stream bypass method. Portadam has made a provision within the liner system, which allows a watertight pipe penetration for stream (flume) bypass. This flume option allows low flow stream work to be performed in an open cut single phase operation. Single phase open cut operations shorten exposure time in the stream, which reduces risk, saving precious time and money. Portadam typically keeps flume boots in stock sizes up to 48" and can custom fabricate larger sizes as needed.
