Portadam & Lincoln Contractors Supply Execute Exclusive Representation Agreement
-Originator of portable membrane cofferdams and regional industry leader combine forces to expand market presence
May 15, 2005 - Portadam of Williamstown, New Jersey and Lincoln Contractors Supply, Inc. (LCS) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin today executed an exclusive Representation Agreement for the state of Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The scope of the Agreement includes rental, installation and removal as well as inventory storage and performance of site surveys for Portadam's environmentally friendly temporary cofferdam equipment throughout the region. The representation agreement will capitalize on the technology and service benefits unique to each partner, and serves the Wisconsin and Upper Peninsula regional construction market. Portadam provided LCS with the exclusive right to rent and warehouse its temporary membrane cofferdam product. Portadam's Chief Executive Officer, Bob Gatta commented, "LCS's breadth of complementary construction rental equipment as well as their outstanding dedication and customer service fits nicely with our market expansion plans of locating equipment and sales personnel close to our customer base." Portadam will continue to perform free site surveys and install and remove its equipment on LCS's and the contractor's behalf.
